Deel Guitar Hero Live-setlist bekend

Dit jaar komt Guitar Hero terug na een pauze van ruim vijf jaar. Nu hebben de makers van Guitar Hero Live de Guitar Hero Live-setlist deels bekend gemaakt. Het gaat om precies te zijn over 24 nummers van de uitgebreide setlist. Hierbij zitten veel bekende namen zoals: System of a Down, Green Day, Red Hot Chili Peppers en nog veel meer.

Jamie Jackson, Creative Director van Freestyle Games, heeft er het volgende over te zeggen:

“This is something we gave a load of thought to. Guitar Hero – by its name alone – has always been associated with classic rock tracks. And we know fans really love that type of music. So we wanted to make sure those fans weren’t disappointed. But it’s been 10 years since the first Guitar Hero game came out. When you think of it like that, and think about how much the musical landscape has changed since then – that’s where we’ve been able to explore some new types of musical style as well. Guitar music is broader than it’s ever been – so we’re reflecting that in the range of music on offer.”

Met Pantera’s “Cowboys From Hell,” een klassieker voor Guitar Hero veteranen, lijkt het erop dat er toch uitdagende nummers bij zullen zitten, maar we hebben nog een lange weg te gaan. Het begin is in ieder geval prima.
