Vanaf vandaag is er een nieuw Battlefest event van start gegaan in Battlefield 1. Dit Battlefest event duurt twee weken en in die twee weken kunnen spelers leuke extra’s verdienen. Daarnaast vinden er ook speciale evenementen plaats tijdens deze twee weken. Deze eerste dag staat in het teken van de “Premium Friends” en Battlefield 1 delen met vrienden.
Het is namelijk mogelijk om als Battlefield 1 Premium-eigenaar andere spelers uit te nodigen die de nieuwe content niet hebben. Hiermee is het mogelijk om ze te laten genieten van de nieuwe maps en content zonder dat ze in het bezit zijn van de uitbreiding ‘They Shall Not Pass’. Dit geldt overigens ook voor de nieuwe modus die hierin is toegevoegd.
Naast Battlefield 1 delen met vrienden zijn er nog enkele exlusieve extra’s speciaal voor de Premium-eigenaars.
- In a “Premium Enabled” party, only owners of a Battlefield 1 Premium Pass or the specific expansion pack will earn XP from the maps exclusive to that expansion. We will save the XP for everyone else and grant them retroactively if they decide to get the Battlefield 1 Premium Pass for themselves.
- Only owners of a Battlefield 1 Premium Pass or the specific expansion pack will be able to spawn in with weapons and vehicles unique for the expansion.
- Only owners of a Battlefield 1 Premium Pass or the specific expansion pack will track progress towards the unique medals and codexes for the expansion.
