Vanavond is het op afstand kunnen raiden in Pokémon GO live gegaan. Een stap die vervolgens logisch leek is het weer normaliseren van de afstand waarop je interactie kunt hebben met gyms. Maar niets is minder waar. Niet alleen blijft de afstand vooralsnog gehandhaafd, maar ook de Pokéstops-afstand is verdubbeld waarop interactie kan plaatsvinden:

– Doubled the distance from which you can interact with PokéStops to match Gym interaction distance
– Increased the max number of Trainers raiding remotely in the same lobby from 5 to 10

Of de Gym- en de Pokéstop-afstand zo zullen blijven is onbekend. Vooralsnog zijn ze namelijk beiden toegevoegd aan de lijst met veranderingen in verband met Corona.
