Er zijn vannacht heel veel nieuwe Pokémon GO-quests gevonden in de code van het spel. En alhoewel we het niet helemaal zeker weten, lijkt het erop dat deze allemaal of in ieder geval bijna allemaal bedoeld zijn voor het nieuwe level-up-systeem. Verschillende quests zijn namelijk ook al genoemd door Niantic zelf, zoals het verslaan van een Rocket Leader met Pokémon van 1500CP of lager.
