Na alle problemen met de update 4.45 afgelopen week heeft Sony hard gewerkt aan een nieuwe update die de problemen moet verhelpen en tevens alsnog de gewenste updates moet uitvoeren.
Middels Twitter heeft de consolegigant laten weten dat de update komende week verschijnt.
Hi guys, we have identified the issue related to PS3 software update (4.45) that impacted a small number of PS3 systems earlier this week.

A new system software update is planned to be released on June 27 that resolves the issue.

Komende 27 juni verschijnt de update dus. Vanaf dan is het als het goed is weer veilig je PS3 te voorzien van nieuwe software.
