Vandaag hebben Iron Galaxy en Maximum Games de Extinction aankondiging gedaan. Het is een totaal nieuwe actie-game, maar na het bekijken van bovenstaande trailer word je nog steeds niet heel veel wijzer. Het persbericht geeft wel het volgende aan:
“As far back as anyone can remember, humanity has been at war with itself. For generations, kingdoms have fought amongst themselves while the real threat loomed in the distance. Only those trained in the ways of the ancient order stand a chance at defeating the 150-foot-tall ogres and the armies that trail in their wake.”
Het is nog niet bekend wanneer Extinction precies zal verschijnen, maar wel dat het spel uitkomt op PlayStation 4, Xbox One en PC. In het persbericht staat ook nog dat er meer informatie vrijgegeven zal worden tijdens het E3-evenement, maar dan wel achter gesloten deuren.
