Binnenkort is het weer tijd voor de Paris Games Week en dus zijn belangrijke spelers weer bezig met allerlei nieuws. Zojuist is een presentatie van Sony afgelopen, waar ondere andere Ghost of Tsushima aangekondigd is.
We wisten al dat er een aantal nieuwe titels voorbij zouden komen, enkele dagen geleden kwam het bericht naar buiten dat we zeven onthullingen mochten verwachten. Helaas bleken dit vooral een hoop PlayStation VR-games te zijn, maar op de valreep werd nog Ghost of Tsushima aangekondigd. Dit is het nieuwe project van Sucker Punch Productions, die we vooral kennen van Infamous en Sly Cooper. Ook deze nieuwe IP moet weer een open-wereld-game worden, maar dan met een heel andere setting:
The year is 1274. Samurai warriors are the legendary defenders of Japan–until the fearsome Mongol Empire invades the island of Tsushima, wreaking havoc and conquering the local population.
